All civil works for Stage 1 and 2 at are now complete with the final install of bitumen to finish the new streets at The Roads.

Acceptance of works for sewer and water from Central Highlands Water and practical completion certification from NBN has been received.

Checks and audits with Powercor are in progress - with predicted settlement now to be August.

Settlement is dependent on receiving a Statement of Compliance from the City of Ballarat once all supplier testing and audits are complete.

Purchasers will receive direct updates regarding settlement timeframes.

Landscaping works have commenced, including significant land care upgrades and erosion prevention to the Canadian Creek running through The Roads.
