It has been another productive quarter at The Roads in Mount Clear, with Stages 1 and 2 progressing nicely.

Bulk earthworks are complete and any required filling on lots has been finalised. Topsoiling works are underway and expected to be completed shortly.

Sewerage reticulation and stormwater drainage is also complete with the majority of water installation nearing completion. 

Roadworks are well underway, with subgrade improvements done and crushed rock installed. Kerbs and channels are also finished, allowing for asphalting to occur in the new year, marking the final stages of these works. 

The upcoming work will include finalising the electrical and communications services and gas installation. Following this, the project team will progress through the final testing and certification process.

Settlement timeframes

Settlements are anticipated to occur later in Q2, 2024.

This timeframe remains indicative only based on current information relating to completion of civil works and receipt of approvals from relevant authorities, with settlement dependent on receiving a Statement of Compliance from the City of Ballarat.

As the date for settlement approaches, the project team will be in regular contact with all purchasers with more certain settlement timeframes.
